Overview

The Kenzie Reeves Fleshlight is part of Fleshlight’s Girls lineup, molded directly from Kenzie Reeves and cast in SuperSkin. Two sleeve variants are available: vaginal (Creampuff texture) and anal (Cupcake texture) — each with a distinctly different internal canal design.

This is a standard full-size Fleshlight in the classic hard-shell case, compatible with all Fleshlight accessories.

Design & Build Quality

The orifice is an anatomical cast rendered in SuperSkin — phthalate-free TPE that softens with body heat and warms significantly when pre-soaked in warm water for 5 minutes before use. The hard plastic case features the standard adjustable rear end cap for suction control.

SuperSkin is not silicone — use water-based lubricant only. Silicone and oil-based lubes will degrade the material over time.

Internal Textures

Creampuff (vaginal) — A narrow, multi-chambered canal with a strong gripping and suction effect. The tight diameter creates wall-to-wall contact from entrance to end, while the chambers generate pressure that builds and releases with each stroke. One of the tighter Fleshlight Girls textures — well-suited for users who want maximum contact.

Cupcake (anal) — A high-stimulation anal texture combining stimulating fangs near the entrance, dense pleasure bumps through the mid-canal, squeezing rings, and rows of horizontal ridges deeper in. The result is an intensely varied texture that changes character throughout the stroke — more aggressive than Creampuff.

Experience

The Creampuff canal’s narrow fit makes lubrication particularly important — apply water-based lube generously inside the sleeve and to yourself. The Cupcake texture is also demanding; don’t under-lube either option. Pre-warm both sleeves for the best feel.

Creampuff rewards slower strokes to maximize the suction effect from the chambers. Cupcake’s multi-zone design benefits from full strokes that pass through each texture section.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Remove the sleeve from the case after use
2. Rinse thoroughly with warm water — no soap
3. Air dry completely before storing
4. Apply a light dusting of cornstarch once dry

Final Verdict

Two strong texture options in a single product line. Creampuff is excellent for users who prioritize grip and suction. Cupcake is one of the more intensely stimulating anal textures in the Girls lineup. Fans of Kenzie Reeves will find both options well-executed.
